3D DIGITAL IMAGING

At The Oral Lab you will find the most modern 2D, RX Panoramico and 3D (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) image acquisition system, with the CS8100 3D device from Carestream

This 3D device features ‘State of the Art’ sensors and image processors, combining high frequency generators with the lowest doses of radiation. Its ‘Fast Scanning’ mode or low radiation mode allows images to be obtained with the emission of radiation doses as low as possible. The resolution obtained up to 75 Microns allows the visualization of the smallest anatomical details for better diagnosis and treatment.

JC OPTIC FLEXION ADVANCED MICROSCOPE

Our microscope was the first to be designed taking into account the needs of dentists, integrating all specialties of dentistry.

It has a wide range of magnifications, an unparalleled field of view, an ideal depth of field and perfect focusing at all magnifications. High-tech equipment is at your disposal in our clinic to provide you with detailed treatment in accordance with our work philosophy.

BINOCULAR LUPES

Magnifying glasses are magnification instruments and are available at The Oral Lab, allowing the doctor’s work to be carried out with greater accuracy and less effort, with a comfortable distance from the patient and a more correct posture.

At the Oral Lab, dentists use quality Loupes with built-in LED light to ensure excellence in procedures and technical gestures.

RVG DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY

With this technology, our patients benefit from less radiation when acquiring an X-ray. Digital radiography is the most commonly used complementary diagnostic tool in dentists’ daily lives.

It allows the immediate detection of cavities, fractures, pathological lesions in tooth roots and many other pathologies, being essential in the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of patients.

INTRA-ORAL DIGITAL CAMERA

The intraoral camera is a very useful instrument as a means of communication between doctor and patient and also a very useful means of clinical documentation. Allows the execution of high-resolution intraoral photographs with immediate viewing on the computer screen.

DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND ‘DIGITAL SMILE DESIGN’

Clinical photography allows the documentation of clinical cases, the execution of a digital design of your smile and ensures effective communication with laboratory technicians to carry out the work.

‘GUIDED BIOFILM THERAPY’ EQUIPMENT

The AIRFLOW Profilaxis Master is top-of-the-range equipment for professional use, innovative in the area of Oral hygiene, maintenance and treatments in Dental Medicine that allows the implementation of the ‘Guided Biofilm Therapy’ protocol.

HALIMETER

The Halimeter is a device that detects CSVs (Volatile Sulfur Compounds). These compounds, derived from sulfur, are the main components of bad breath.

This was the first device that made it possible to measure breath with a high degree of precision and reliability.

As bacterial activity is always present in the mouth, the device can measure the amount of CSVs, with a % from which we can establish that the breath is altered. Treating bad breath results from a careful analysis of its causes and the success rate is close to 100%. The result presented by the Halimeter is just one of the diagnostic factors relevant to treatment.
